Cash & Carry Sale Letter

Our standard letter once you have approved your proposal for a cash and carry sale, only.
This would be accompanied with your contract.

Thank you for purchasing your floor covering supplies at The Floor Store! Please be assured that we will make every effort to make this transaction as smooth as possible. Many customers have complimented us for being on time and staying within our quote. We expect to do the same for you.

Please take a moment to read the enclosed work order, note deposit amount, sign at bottom right indicating that you've read it, keep the yellow copy, and return the top (white) copy and deposit in the enclosed, self-addressed envelope. Please understand that payment in full is due upon the day you pick up your material. If this cannot happen, please let us know as soon as possible because we will want to make specific arrangements with you, prior to ordering.

We will contact you as soon as your material arrives to our showroom. We expect that you will pick up your material within 5 working days. If you haven¼t picked up your material by then, we will bring it to our warehouse. We charge $7.00 a week for storage and will need 1 working days notice to bring it back to the showroom. We will be happy to delay ordering until you are ready for your material, to alleviate the storage & handling costs. Also, payment in full is required 30 days after the material arrives at our showroom, even if material has not been picked up yet.

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to call. If you get the answering service (off hours - 24 hours a day), simply leave your number and the best time to return your call. We'll get back to you.

If there are any changes that you'd like to make, this is the place to make them. On the other hand, if all looks as expected and agreeable, simply follow the above instructions. As soon as we receive your response in the mail [or, if it's convenient, you can drop it off at the store], we'll order your material and be in touch with a reserved installation date[s].
