Our standard deposit letter once you have approved your proposal of material and labor.

Thank you for choosing The Floor Store to do this work for you! Please be assured that we will make every effort to make this transaction as smooth as possible. Many customers have complimented us for being on time and staying within our quote. We expect to do the same for you.
Please take a moment to read the enclosed work order, note deposit amount, sign at bottom right indicating that you've read it, keep the yellow copy, and return the top (white) copy and deposit in the enclosed, self-addressed envelope [the scale printout is yours to keep]. Upon receipt of your signed contract and deposit we can schedule your installation date. Please understand that the installers are expected to return with payment in full on the day of installation. If this cannot happen because you will not be available that day, please let us know as soon as possible because we will want to make specific arrangements with you.
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to call. If you get the answering service (off hours - 24 hours a day), simply leave your number and the best time to return your call. We'll get back to you.
